Cardiac computed tomography (CT) scans
Echocardiograms, which use high-frequency sound to “see” the heart
Electrocardiograms (ECG or EKG) and electrophysiology, which measure the heart’s electrical activity and function

Nuclear medicine (using small amounts of radioactive materials to evaluate the heart and blood vessels), including positron emission tomography (PET) scans
