Billencia Jones Menefee, FNP-C, is a family nurse practitioner in the Breast Surgery department at Ochsner LSU Health. She specializes in the screening and surveillance of breast cancer survivors, the management of patients at elevated risk for breast cancer, and the evaluation and treatment of benign breast conditions.

Billencia earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from the University of Louisiana at Monroe in 2016 and her Master of Science in Nursing from Northwestern State University in 2024. She is board-certified by the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners.

Since joining Ochsner LSU Health in 2025, Billencia has been dedicated to providing compassionate, patient-centered care and supporting patients throughout their breast health journey.

Outside of her professional practice, Billencia enjoys reading, traveling, and spending quality time with family and friends.
