Dr. Waltman, a Shreveport native, finished medical school and residency at LSU Health Sciences Center in Shreveport. She has been in private practice for 22 years. She returned to Ochsner-LSU in November, 2020 as an Assistant Professor. Dr. Waltman has enjoyed building relationships with her patients from adolescence through menopause. Strong relationships built through years of trust, collaboration, and education are the foundation of her practice. When she is not working, she enjoys spending time with her family, reading, and traveling.
