Meredith Thibodeaux received her undergraduate degree in Biology at LSUS. She received her Master of Physician Assistant Studies at LSU Health Sciences Center in Shreveport. She has been certified as a physician assistant by the NCCPA since 2013 and has been on staff at Ochsner LSU Health Shreveport since April 2020. She evaluates, diagnoses, and treats patients in the orthopedic clinic under the supervision of a physician. She discusses each patient's individual goals and provides the appropriate conservative orthopedic management (medication, injections, referring for physical therapy, splinting, etc). When a patient needs to see one of the surgeons, she facilitates a smooth transition into their clinic. In her spare time, she enjoys hanging out with her family, planning her next trip to Disney World, hiking, and reading.
