Ms. Sylvia has been wonderful, and I don't believe that if I had seen anyone else in the clinic that I would be on the road to recovery now. Although she has moved through my appointments quickly, she is always thorough and listens with compassion and understanding. When I felt that a suggestion she had would not work for my situation, she did not get offended and demand that I follow her instructions. Instead, she listened to my concerns and needs, and we came up with a game plan that would work for both of us. When it was found that my underlying issue was outside the scope of orthopedics, she immediately put in a referral to a department that could assist me - but let me know that If I started having pains In my shoulder again, that I could contact her and get setup quickly for an appointment.
