We are committed to the health, safety and comfort of our patients. The Women and Children's Center is a dedicated space for labor and delivery as well inpatient (or hospital based) needs for children.

Our Labor and Delivery Care

We offer specialized childbirth care in a comforting, welcoming environment. Each of our large, comfortable labor and delivery rooms feature:

• Spacious and private room for mother, baby and support persons, each with 32-inch TV screens and sofa bed for visitors
• OBGYNs on-site 24 hours a day
• Level III Neonatal Inventive Care Unit (NICU)
• Lactation consultants
• High-risk maternity specialists and fetal surgeons
• Childbirth education classes
• The latest technology to care for you and your baby
• Up-to-date finishes, including all-wood cabinetry, tiled bathrooms and dedicated storage for your personal belongings

After delivery, you’ll enjoy a private suite on our postpartum floor. You and your baby will receive specialized care from our board-certified OBGYN doctors and neonatologists, as well as friendly nurses who specialize in the needs of your new baby. And if your baby needs extra care, we have a Level III neonatal intensive care unit (NICU), including NICU transport, high-resolution ultrasound and fetal diagnostics.

Our Inpatient Pediatric Services

In addition to the labor and delivery part of our facility, we also offer comprehensive inpatient pediatric care for children. Our facility features:

• 22 inpatient beds for observation or outpatient surgery recovery
• A dedicated pediatric sedation unit to provide appropriate levels of procedural sedation and analgesia to help children complete necessary tests and procedures that do not require general anesthesia.
• Recognized as a St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital domestic affiliate site
• Designated Level II PICU with 16 beds
