MyChart offers you personalized and secure online access to help manage and receive information about your health. If you haven’t used MyChart before, you’ll need to sign up. You can enter your MyOchsner Activation Code if you have received an enrollment letter from us, or you can sign up for MyChart online if you haven’t received a letter or if you’ve never seen an Ochsner LSU Health Shreveport provider before.
The MyChart mobile app lets you manage your healthcare from anywhere with your smartphone or tablet. Download the app from the Apple App Store for iPhones or the Google Play store for Android phones. Once you install and launch the MyChart Mobile app, choose Ochsner Health as your care provider to get started.

In addition to in-person appointments, you can also schedule virtual visits online through MyChart on your smartphone or tablet. Learn more about our virtual visits.
Many of our locations let you skip the registration desk at your appointment. Log into your account on your computer or on the mobile app to complete your ePre-Check, and then click “I’m Here” in the app when you park.
If you haven’t completed your ePre-Check, you can still minimize your time in the waiting room with curbside check-in. Look for the number to call on the banners in the parking area, and let the receptionist know you’ve arrived. Our team members will call or text you when your provider is ready.
Your provider may be able to see you virtually in a visit through MyChart.
Within the MyChart app, you can select whether you want your virtual visit to be with a new provider or a provider you’ve seen before and answer questions about the purpose for your visit. Learn more about how to schedule your virtual visit.
